THE IMPORTANCE OF FLASH

Through my experience, I’ve come to understand the essential role of flash in property photography.

SHOWING IT IN ITS BEST LIGHT - LITERALLY

Cameras can be deceived when capturing ambient light alone, so strategically adding pops of flash ensures that colours appear true. Flash brings out the authentic colours in the walls, cabinetry, appliances, furniture and floors, offering viewers a genuine portrayal of each space.

SETTING THE MOOD

Beyond colour accuracy, flash enables me to infuse mood and atmosphere into my compositions. Adding directional light from the flash complements the natural light, allowing for strong contrasts that provide drama and direct the eye to specific features. It evokes emotion and aids in the visual storytelling.

GETTING THAT LOOK

Flash gives my work a high-end finish. Even if viewers can't pinpoint the exact techniques used, flash resonates with them on a subconscious level. It's the tool I rely on to create captivating images that generate significant interest for my clients and their work.
