Services include photography, videography, drone, 3D tours, virtual staging, and more.

“WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND?”

For short-term work, typical turnaround time is between 24 to 72 hours after the photoshoot.

For long-term work, turnaround time is generally up to one week.

“WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS FOR THE PHOTOSHOOT?”

“DO I OWN THE DELIVERABLES?”

As per Canadian copyright law, the creator of a work holds the copyright to that work by default. What you are purchasing is a license to utilize these deliverables for your specific needs. 

“WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT LICENSES AND WHAT CAN THEY BE USED FOR?”

There are two types of licenses:

1. Short-term licenses, with lower rates, are suitable for properties marketed on platforms like MLS. These licenses expire once the associated property is no longer on the market.

2. Long-term licenses, with standard rates, provide indefinite usage rights and are typically utilized for company websites, branding, marketing materials, portfolios, local publications, and award submissions.

Regardless of the usage, please include proper attribution to the photographer, with credit to “Joshua Berg/Mod Media” for local editorial/advertorial use, and a clickable credit to the photographer’s associated account (@modmediaboutique) for social media posts.

“WHY CAN’T I SHARE THE DELIVERABLES FROM MY PHOTOSHOOT WITH OTHERS?”

As the client, you can take pride in the exclusivity of our partnership. You took on the risk of the photoshoot, made time in your schedule, and put in the hard work to prepare. Why should anyone else reap the benefits from your efforts without their own investment? If additional parties would like the deliverables, that can be factored in at the onset of the photoshoot, or licensed to them after the fact, but they must first be directed to Mod Media.
