MOD MEDIA WAS FOUNDED IN 2022 BY JOSHUA BERG. WHAT STARTED AS FUN FAMILY OUTINGS TO SHOW HOMES AND VISITS TO HIS GRANDPARENTS’ MID-CENTURY MODERN HOME—ALONG WITH HIS PROFESSIONAL WORK ON SKATEBOARD, BRAND, DOCUMENTARY AND TELEVISION NEWS PROJECTS—HAS LANDED HIM IN REAL ESTATE MEDIA, THE IDEAL SETTING TO SHOWCASE HIS CREATIVITY AND COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. JOSH HAS SERVICED OVER 2000 PROPERTIES IN HIS CAREER, WITH NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS THAT INCLUDE SHOOTING INSIDE THE HOMES OF PROFESSIONAL HOCKEY PLAYERS AND HAVING HIS PHOTOGRAPHS DISPLAYED ON DOWNTOWN BILLBOARDS. HE IS CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR NEW WAYS TO PERFECT HIS CRAFT, PROVIDE VALUE, AND PROMOTE FRESH IDEAS TO THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN HIS AREA.
